Billing and Payment Policy
Brehm Medical Center accepts most major insurance carriers, including Traditional Medicare. Please refer to the list of insurance plans accepted above. We will be happy to file the necessary paperwork for your insurance claims.

However, please be advised that in accordance with insurance regulations, co-payments are due at the time services are rendered. Any co-insurance, deductible, and outstanding balances are also expected at the time of service. If for some reason you will be unable to pay your bill in full at the time of service, please contact us in advance if possible. We may be able to work out a payment plan. Monthly statements will be mailed if there are any outstanding balances on your account. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.

You will be asked at each visit to present your insurance card. We do this to ensure we have the most up-to-date information so there is no delay in processing your claims. This also helps to protect against your claim being denied and the balance being forwarded to you. If you are aware of an insurance change in advance of your appointment we ask that you call ahead to let us know. We will verify your new benefits before you arrive, which greatly reduces your time in the waiting room.
